San Francisco is one of my favourite cities in the global. I grew up within from age 8 to 18 and have lived in the Bay Area off and on for several eld since. I never get played out of it!

San Francisco is a world-famous urban situated on the Pacific Coast in northern California. It lies on the northern tip of a solid ground which runs along the west side of the San Francisco Bay. To the northward of San Francisco lies the Golden Gate, a narrowed long of saltwater separating the metropolitan from Marin County. The Golden Gate Bridge connects San Francisco to Marin. To the west lies the Pacific Ocean and to the southwestward lies South San Francisco and Daly City.

San Francisco has a substantial Asian population. Many of them rapt to Chinatown give or take a few 100 old age ago, set downtown. Chinatown has tons of remarkable restaurants and "schlock shops". The more recent Chinese immigrants affected more west, to the Richmond and Sunset districts hard by the body of water.

San Francisco has two life-sized parks, Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. Until a few years ago, the Presidio was an army groundwork - now it's a political unit historic park. The Presidio is chock-full beside Eucalyptus trees, which were imported from Australia in the 19th period to spawn line tracks. When found unfit for this task, they were ingrained or else. Golden Gate Park is too quite striking. On Sunday quite a few of the anchorage done the tract are closed off for youth subculture and hopper skaters.

One of my favourite surround of San Francisco is the Embarcadero, which lies on the northeasterly corner of the inner-city. A few time of life ago, an unnatural state highway within was tattered down, now providing a spectacular prospect of the Bay Bridge and the East Bay. The Embarcadero has a heroic buying midway with iv buildings. One can wander along a gangway done all the buildings and recent individual present-day sculptures.
